4. Payment 4.1. We accept payments for orders via credit or debit cards. Cash payments are only accepted in-store. 4.2. Goods will be dispatched after this check is completed, and your card will be debited accordingly. 4.3. For first-time customers placing an order over $100, we reserve the right to request a screenshot of your bank statement to verify the order belongs to the cardholder and minimize fraud.

5. Cancellation and Refunds 5.1. If you wish to cancel an order you have already paid for, you must do so before the product has been dispatched. Freight charges incurred will still apply. 5.2. In the event of order cancellation before dispatch, you will receive a full refund. 5.3. Refunds for eligible returns and warranty claims will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
